The 104th TRC Meeting will be held May 16-17, 2017 at the Hot Springs Convention Center. The meeting willl include break-out sessions, roundtable discussions and an exhibit hall, as well as the usual highly informative presentations on everything from the research, design, operation, planning and safety of Arkansas Highways.
